Brazilian cyclist test positive disqualified from Olympics
Brazilian cyclist Kleber Da Silva Ramos have been disqualified after failing a drugs test before the road race, the Olympic doping body has said. He has now accepted a suspension.

He tested positive for EPO CERA in the week before the Rio Olympics road race, he already accepted his suspension on a voluntary basis. He tested positive on July 31 but still took part in the Rio Olympics road race even-though he didn't finish the race.
He was provisionally suspended by the UCI 6 days after the race and the Anti-doping Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport said that he voluntarily accepted his suspension without the need of a hearing.
It means that he is officially disqualified from the Olympic Games and the sanction is now referred to the UCI.
The the athlete is currently with Brazilian Pro-Continental team Funvic Brasilinvest-São José dos Campos team; his most notable result was when he won a stage of the Tour de San Luis in 2015.
A Chinese swimmer, Xinyi Chen, has also been disqualified from the Olympics and provisionally suspended. She tested positive with specified substance hydrochlorothiazide.
